I visited this museum in 12/02 and enjoyed their collection of equipment including alot of L&N. A surprise was the Santa Fe CF-7 in fresh paint but the real catcher was the fantastic model railroad building. A total treat.The train ride was fantastic as well!``Chris

22 miles; 90 minutes; New Haven to Boston, Ky. Engine:1949 Santa Fe #2546 GM Diesel F-7 modified in 1973 as CF-7 with yellow and blue paint; Coaches: 1930's-only one with A/C; no snacks sold; scenery: rolling Fork River Valley-farm land/forest, 3 bridges over streams; follows highway 52

Great ride, very friendly staff, a real treat to see a CF7 in Santa Fe colors, also operating BL2 in Monon colors and operating steam engine (orginal L & N !!!!) Highly recommended
