11 mile round trip; 2 1/2 hours including one hour layover where the bathrooms were located; concessions are at the original depot; scenery: corn/hay fields; 2 open air gondolas;1903 Katy Railroad dining car with a wood burning stove in kitchen; 1940's coaches; additional 12 miles avail.-rail bus
