Our review will start will very poor customer service. We don't know what the dinner is like or the experience since we have not been able to get anyone to get back to us on making a reservation. The dinner tickets were purchased by my boyfriend's mother for his birthday in November. She purchased the tickets 2 weeks in advance and expected to recieve them on time for his birthday. After several heated calls they finally sent the tickets a month later. Since then, we have been calling to make reservations and have never been able to speak to a live person, no matter what time we call. We have asked that they call back but we have not had success. It is now January and he has not been able to use his birthday gift, which has resulted in frustration and embarrassment for his mother. Since the tickets have been paid for I feel that they are basically taking money and not offering any services. We hate to think of what kind of service will be offered on the train and are very wary of going on the ride since we have experienced such headaches.
