Rating : 5 star. Spectacular , 1-Dec-2005
Reviewer: Larry Wisener from Muscadine, AL
The perfectly restored 2-8-2 narrow gauge locomotives pull the authentic passenger cars thru 64 miles of spectacular Colorado and New Mexico scenery. The train climbs across the rugged Rocky Mountains at 10,015 ft Cumbres Pass and travels down the Toltec Gorge offering continuous fantastic views. The golden aspens in the fall and the snow in the winter offer unmatched experiences and beauty. Perfect for everyone. My favorite``

Rating : 4 star. Real Colorado Narrow Guage Railroading , 6-Dec-2005
Reviewer: Rick Olivier from Broomfield, Colorado
I've now ridden this line numerous times and have found it to be beautiful and very much like it was at the end of regular narrow guage service in Colorado. It's totally different than any other Colorado ride and well worth it.
