As a steam railway in its infancy, they have done a remarkable amount of work in the few years they have been running. CPR 4-6-0 #1057 is particularly noteworthy for its professional restoration. The trip is well worth taking, although allocated seating is an irritating alien concept, especially for us Brits! There are some excellent lineside photographic opportunities along the route, but it would be nice to have a guidebook describing the history of the line and the railway's locomotives.
