This Museum has a lot of charm with old coaches, station and a lot of restored railway equipment. The Ride takes about an hour. When I rode in the past they had steam, but are currently operating with a diesel. The goal is to return steam by Feb 2004 for Snow Train. Well run operation.

7 mile round trip; Engine: 1944 Alco S-1 diesel; Coaches: 1915 built by Pullman- one with woven cane seats; good commentary over the speakers; scenery: woods, farmland, marshland; depot has a collection of locks/keys
