Started in 1994 by the Choctaw County Historical Society, the Hugo Heritage Railroad is Oklahoma's only private regularly scheduled tourist excursion train! The train departs the historic Hugo Frisco Depot Museum on a regular weekly schedule from April through October, and takes one of four departure destinations. Above, pulled by Kiamichi Railroad locomotives, the excursion train is seen crossing the beautiful Lake Raymond Gary tressle.
