Very good for wheelchair access very comfortable ride the carriage doors close with a satisfictory clunck click. The Wheelchair saloon is brillant and the steam locomotives are great``

It was a very good ride I Specially liked the oil fired steam engine no 8 thunderer and the staff were very helpful and took the time to explain what they were doing. The New wheelchair saloon looks great in great western train set and the door close with a satisfictory clunk click. I Like the new steam locomotive no 10 and this is a lovely little railway.``The Fares are alittle bit expensive for this railway.``

Too small, with rough riding coaches. No atmosphere at all at the stations. Miserable staff. Poor views.``Nice locomotives, though.

The Bure Valley Railway is such a pleasant railway. I would recommend it to anyone, wheather you like trains or not. The railway is modern, built in the 90's, but runs along an old BR track so it does have character. The locos are splendid, the recent overhaul on No.6 looks great and the workshop staff should be very proud with themselves!
